This Privacy Policy explains how Vtail Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, registered at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Fungibull.ai website, application, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). Fungibull.ai is a tool that generates personality-based persona cards from publicly available blockchain wallet data. The Service is designed purely for entertainment, social sharing, and fun — it is not a financial tool, investment service, or advisory platform. We are committed to transparency about what we collect and why.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you use the Service, you may provide the following information directly:
- Blockchain wallet addresses (including addresses on any supported blockchain network or associated naming services) that you submit to the Service for a persona reveal.
- Account registration information, if you choose to create an account, which may include your name, email address, username, password, or third-party login credentials.
- Payment and billing information, if you purchase any paid features, subscriptions, or digital goods. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card details.
- Email address, if you sign up for notifications, newsletters, or other communications.
- Any feedback, correspondence, or communications you send to us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Service, we may automatically collect:
- Device and browser information (e.g. device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution).
- Usage data and interaction events (e.g. pages visited, features used, button clicks, reveal counts, share actions) collected via third-party analytics tools. Wallet addresses are not sent to our analytics provider; only hashed, anonymous event data is recorded.
- IP address, which may be used for rate limiting, fraud prevention, security, and approximate geolocation (country or region level only).
- Error and performance data collected via third-party error tracking services for debugging and service reliability.
- Referral source, URL parameters, and session information.
- Log data, including access times, pages viewed, and the page you visited before navigating to the Service.
1.3 Blockchain Data
When you submit a wallet address, we retrieve publicly available on-chain data associated with that address via third-party blockchain data providers. This data may include transaction history, token balances, NFT holdings, and related metadata across supported blockchain networks. This data is publicly available on the blockchain and is not private or personal data in the traditional sense, though we treat it with care.
1.4 AI-Generated Content
We use third-party artificial intelligence services to generate the personality copy, commentary, and other text content on your persona card. Summarised wallet data (not raw personal identifiers such as your IP address or device information) may be sent to our AI provider to generate this content. Our AI provider’s data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and terms of service.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our third-party service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service. These may include:
- Strictly necessary cookies required for the Service to function (e.g. rate limiting, session management, authentication, caching preferences).
- Analytics cookies and tracking technologies used to understand how visitors interact with the Service. Our analytics are configured to be privacy-focused and do not track individual users across external websites.

If you share your persona card via social media, download the card image, or use the shareable link feature, the content of your card (including archetype, stats, and commentary) will be visible to anyone who views the shared link or image. Wallet addresses included in shared URLs are public blockchain addresses.
- Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the rights of others, or to prevent harm.
- Business Transfers. If Vtail Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
- With Your Consent. We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Persona card data (including the wallet address, archetype result, generated text, and associated metadata) is stored in our databases and caching infrastructure. Reveal results may be cached temporarily and stored on a longer-term basis to power features such as leaderboards, archetype statistics, and administrative tools.
If you create an account, your account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain data.

Analytics and error tracking data are retained according to our third-party providers’ respective retention policies.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, rate limiting, and secure hosting infrastructure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control.
7. International Data Transfers
Vtail Ltd is based in the United Kingdom. Our hosting and third-party service providers may process data in jurisdictions outside the UK, including the United States and the European Economic Area.
